Mark Hodges is the Chief Executive Officer at Wholesale Payments where he is responsible for developing the organization’s short- and long-term strategies and policies. As an Account Executive turned Chief Executive Officer, Mark has developed a unique perspective when it comes to being a Sales Representative in the field. He has spent the last 14+ years creating an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) model that is focused on meeting the Sales Representatives’ and merchants’ needs.
Influenced by his late-father David Hodges, Mark knows the importance of hard work and discipline. During Mark’s tenure as CEO, Wholesale Payments has experienced significant growth and is one of the fastest-growing ISO’s in the United States.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and teaching his sons the same lessons that his father taught him.
Greg Bernstein serves as President and leads the company’s sales teams and oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts. He also has played a pivotal role in the development and delivery of proprietary payment software that is expected to launch in Q1 2022.
As a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of payment processing experience, Greg is known for creating profitable sales teams and driving brand growth. During Greg’s time at Wholesale, he has helped grow the sales force from 3 Sales Managers and just a handful of reps in the field to more than 20 Sales Manager with over 250 active sales reps across all 50 states.
In his free time, you’ll find him flying his plane, traveling with family, and being the life of the party.
He holds a BBA from Texas Tech University and resides in Lubbock, Texas.
